Why pet owners may see missing prices
Comparison prioritises fees practices confirm (and moderated community reports). Some practices will not have a price yet — we prefer Not available over an unverifiable figure. When you claim and publish your list, pet owners see Practice verified fees from you instead of an empty cell.

- Does it cost anything?
- Core claim, profile, and price list tools are free. We never sell higher comparison placement.
- What do I get if I upload my prices?
- Practice verified labelling on comparison, a hosted /vet/[slug]/prices page you can share, a website embed that stays in sync when you update, and CSV import/export so you are not maintaining multiple copies.
- What does Practice verified mean?
- It means the information was supplied or confirmed by your practice. It is not a clinical quality or value rating.
- Can I control my information?
- Yes. After your claim is approved you update hours, facilities, and prices from the practice portal.
- Can I use my price list on my website?
- Yes. Share your hosted /vet/[slug]/prices page or paste the iframe embed snippet from the practice portal so updates appear on your site.
Prefer to upload a spreadsheet?
After you claim your practice, use in-portal CSV import on the price list builder (catalogue slug + amount per row). You can also email a CSV for review — include practice name, town or postcode, treatment names, and amounts in GBP. Once published, the same list feeds your hosted page and embed.
