Vet Price Comparison is an independent information service that helps UK pet owners compare veterinary price signals by location. We aggregate and label data from published practice price lists, moderated user submissions, and clearly marked estimates or fallbacks where local data is limited.

We are not a veterinary practice, insurer, broker, or emergency service. Nothing on this site replaces professional veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.

The site is intended for users in the United Kingdom. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to submit information through our forms. You do not need an account to browse or compare prices.

Comparison results, guides, and averages are provided for general information only. Prices change, packages differ, and clinical context affects what you may be charged. Always confirm current pricing and what is included directly with a veterinary practice before booking or relying on a figure.

We label data by confidence (for example verified, user submitted, estimated, or limited local data). Labels describe our sourcing — they are not a guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. See our data policy for methodology.

Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or veterinary advice. In an emergency, contact a vet immediately rather than relying on this website.

When you submit a price, you agree that:

• Information you provide is truthful to the best of your knowledge.
• You will not include unnecessary personal data about yourself or others in free-text fields.
• Submissions are reviewed before publication and may be rejected or edited for quality.
• Published comparison data shows clinic and price details — not submitter identity.

We may remove submissions that appear fraudulent, abusive, duplicated, or incompatible with our moderation rules.

You must not:

• Use the site unlawfully or in a way that harms others.
• Attempt to scrape, bulk harvest, or reverse engineer the service beyond normal browsing.
• Interfere with security, rate limits, or infrastructure.
• Submit spam, malware, or misleading content.
• Misrepresent affiliation with Vet Price Comparison or any veterinary practice.

We may suspend or block access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

The site design, branding, editorial content, and original compilation of comparison data are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may share links to our pages and quote brief excerpts with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions of our database or comparison output for commercial reuse without our written permission.

Practice names, logos, and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. We link to official practice sources where available.

The site links to third-party websites, including veterinary practices and official regulators. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

We aim to keep the service available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features, data coverage, and content may change, be withdrawn, or be limited by geography or technical constraints.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
