Vet Price Comparison

Report inaccurate information

We want displayed fees and practice details to be accurate and clearly labelled. If something looks wrong — an outdated amount, a mislabelled service, or incorrect contact details — tell us. We do not invent missing prices while we investigate.

If you are a practice

The fastest correction path is the practice portal: claim your profile (if needed), publish or update the fee, reconfirm current fees, or withdraw a line that should no longer appear.

For profile or ownership disputes, email hello@vetpricecomparison.co.uk with the practice name, location, and the change you need.

If you are a pet owner

You can submit a corrected price for moderation. Include the practice, treatment, amount, and a source if you have one (for example a written estimate or invoice date). Published community reports are labelled Community reported — not Practice verified.

For listing errors that are not a price (wrong town, closed premises, duplicate profile), email hello@vetpricecomparison.co.uk.

What happens next

  • We review reports against our provenance and moderation rules.
  • Practice portal updates from approved owners publish as Practice verified with a confirmation timestamp.
  • Community corrections stay pending until moderated.
  • We may remove or relabel a figure rather than leave a misleading “current” amount online.

See our data policy and methodology for how sources, freshness, and sorting work.

Complaints about the service

If you have a complaint about Vet Price Comparison itself (not a clinical complaint about a veterinary practice), contact hello@vetpricecomparison.co.uk. Clinical complaints should be raised with the practice and, where appropriate, the RCVS — we are not a regulator and do not adjudicate clinical care.

This page is operational guidance, not legal advice. Formal dispute wording in our Terms may require solicitor review.
